Limited Lifetime Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty valid for six months from the purchase date. Specific warranty details may vary and can be found on each product's page.
What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects related to materials or craftsmanship, such as material failure, and workmanship. This protection applies under normal usage conditions and as intended by the product's design. Please note that general wear and tear, like natural colour fading, slight variations in colour/finish or material breakdown over time, as well as adhesive loosening, are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our warranty. As our products are partly handcrafted, there might be slight imperfections in colour or minor blemishes in materials even when you receive your order. We reserve the right to reject any fraudulent warranty claims, including those involving deliberate damage or counterfeit products.
What Isn't Covered by Our Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by dropping or applying excessive weight on the product, misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning agents, heat exposure, or any alterations to our products. We are not liable for losses, damages, or costs resulting from product use or loss.
How to Claim Your Warranty

Payment Security

Order Adjustments & Cancellations
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed except within our 7-day return policy (details below). During sale events, order modifications or cancellations are subject to specific conditions.
7-day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day no questions asked return policy starting from when you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Free returns are available for customers within India. Each return or exchange request is handled promptly to ensure quick resolution.
For returns, please notify us via email at support@numin.store. We offer a free pick-up service in most cities within 3-5 days of your request. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after the product passes our quality check in the warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account after that.
